About PranaFlow Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means movement with breath. PranaFlow invites us to open the body naturally, expressively, and with joy. In this yoga, we honor our life force by moving dynamically with our most sacred pulsation. This yoga can be tailored for the most beginner students, as well as becoming an endless path for the experienced practitioner.

About Caroline

Caroline MorningStar has been studying and practicing yoga since she was 18, and teaching since 2004. She began taking Bikram yoga classes to get a workout, but soon found herself exploring as many different kinds of yoga as possible and reading everything she could gets her hands on.

Her love for dance and search for a meaningful practice led her to the ecstatic vinyasa of PranaFlow. She began studying with Shiva Rea in 2007, and completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certification through Samudra School of Living Yoga.

Caroline is a yogini living with awe and wonder at the incredible world around us. Her joy and love for life is reflected in her teaching. Her yoga practice is shaped by her studies in Western herbal medicine, Ayurveda, dance, and yogic philosophy. She hopes to become a doula someday.
